nice whip...looks great and all, but since you're from the enchanted lands of never ending rain, just make sure you take as much care of the underbody and internals as much you do the exterior! i'm from NYC and its a damn pain replacing those hidden rusted parts underneath the car!

Thats because of the ocean, not rain. East coast cars are almost always totally screwed compared to.......pretty much everywhere else

It has something to do with the humidity and salty sea stuff.......that sounded pretty scientific huh?

ya i know. but isnt the west coast right next to the ocean as well? cali cars arent as rusty as NY cars...

Thats because it's two different oceans which have different sodium content. The sodium gets into the air/humidity and eats the paint/metal/plastic faster. There is actually a REAL article about how it works and the exact make up that causes it, but I cant remember where I saw it. Look it up, I am sure you will find something on it.

nah it's still in the rain. rain water is all from the ocean anyways, so UK and where im at we all pretty much have the same rain cuz of the atlantic.

It has way more to do with the salt they put on the roads in the winter to control ice. When water evaporates from the ocean the salt doesn't go with it.
