EDIT: It's also what I hate most about being a 94 owner. Responses like these that 94+ is holier than thou makes me wish I was back in a 91 because that's not the attitude I carry. Post a pic of your white car, or give me some links to your pictures. We'll settle this once and for all. I'm in no mood for disrespect today.
You might want to read my post a little more carefully. I did not metion anything about how it was maintained, etc. I simply stated that it is a shame to cut these cars up.

I would also recommend that you learn to take criticism a little better. Not everybody will like your car. A lot of people will like it though. Beyond that, who cares.

As per your request, here are some pics of my Black 94T that I have sold and a pic of my White 94T that I will be doing the same mods as I did to the black car.

Enjoy.....

its not that bad. just some intersections are hard to see or if there's a big truck.

on topic ...
I like the TRD widebody but only because I like the entire kit not the front so much. Still, I voted TRD because I love the way it looks on the side and rear fender so much that I'd go with the front part too.

So now moderate to heavy engine/suspension mods are ok right? In some cases I believe they cannot be reversed as easy as most body mods.

Where do you see heavy engine mods? It is a CT27 (stock look) and simple/tastefully painted.

You need to just be like me and own cars that you never drive... problem solved.

In my opinion, if you body kit it up, make sure you have a daily driver cause after all that time and money, you don't want to mess up your car because of some rocks and crap... but then again, why put money into something you're not going to drive...

In the end, it's a hobby. Be prepared to pay for it, no matter what you do.

I wasn't making you an example personally, your pictures just gave me a thought.

I dont really like the Stock look of the MR2....... Its just not aggressive enough. I like the kit that was put together on my car.

If you purchase a good quality kit, it should be fully removable and have no impact on the value of the car if you hang onto stock pieces.

I believe my car had some rear end quarter panel and trunk damage.....so it was a good candidate for the wody body kit on it.

Ditto... I think generalizations are made when people think "body kit". You think of the chipped front end with cracking and scratches all over... but some people actually take the time to take care of their body kits, whether it be a replica or authentic. As long as you do something right the first time and spend time and effort into your work, then the outcome will be so much better then just slapping something on. I mean, even though oem fronts fit "perfectly" supposidly, you can f up putting that on. I don't know how many "stock side vents" I've seen on cars that just fit like ass, to where you see it on a civic and it looks like it came stock.

I've seen some pretty nice kitted 2's out there that look so much cleaner then a stock one, and I've seen stock 2's out there that look so much cleaner then a kitted 2 that was slapped together. Just put the time/money/effort into it, and no matter which way you go, you'll be happy.

Alright... better get back to work... ie, LFG BRD PST! hahah... yep... @ work too... =)
