Finally got the centre consul and cubby box installed plus ran all the wiring for the new ICE install,blooming battery on the camera was flat so will take some pics tomorrow.

can't believe ive missed out on this thread..just ran thru all 14 pages and was worth every minute...congrats on the find man she is just freakin gorgeous! can't believe you came up on number 1!
pardon me for asking, but i come from a hot rod background, and arent rare finds like this worth more if they are restored to factory? not that i dislike anything that you are doing, all the work is just lovely, but i am just curious....

More pic whoring got the centre consul and cubby box fitted,ran all the new cables for the ICE install so things are moving on.Decided to send the cubby box back to LSC Interiors to have the sides done in leather aswell.

The interior coverings are unbelievable. I also love the fact that it's something that can easily be turned back to stock when the time comes. When modifying this car I think that's a very important consideration. Of any MR2, this is one of the few that has the potential to gain value in the future.

Thanks for the comments M8,there's no so thing as a stock TRD when they went into the Technocraft factory the customer could have bolt on extras such as engine upgrade,suspension etc so the way i see it i am putting this car back to a more saleablecar,having the roll cage was an off for me .

^ agreed! I think you should add a leather shroud to the E brake handle using the same red stitching! That would look really good!

Hey topgun I was looking around and found this site, you might check it out. They have replacement e-brake handles that are pretty sweet! I pulled up the momo page for them and saw a couple that would look stellar on your duece!!!!!!

Decided to have the cubby box done in full leather,big thumbs up to Harry at LSC for doing a quick turnaround,only cost an extra £40. :th:

(don't get the wheel from keith tau though, as his prices are unbelievable ripoffs.. he sells that steering wheel for $3000).
