Shift boot is NOT GENUINE. The red stiching OEM is only the steering wheel , gear lever and red markers on the cluster for the series 5 car.

Forgot to mention thought i would treat the old girl to some new plugs took the old ones out and they were TRD Nippon Denso Iridium :shock:

Thats on my list of things to do M8 but i have done a first stage clean so its looking a lot better than it did.

Got everything back together today, had to put the old induction kit back as i need to order a 70mm T-piece,car hasn't run in 2 weeks and she started first time seems to run a lot better with the new spark plugs so i'm well chuffed she is up and running,hope to have the TRD strut brace back from chroming next week and waitng for a new plate to go back on the inlet manifold,here is a pic of the engine bay when i 1st brought the car.

and how she is at the moment

When i first brought the car which wast last June it made 196 at the fly but the car wasn't running right,plus i found out they RR in 5th gear it should have been 4th.Car is being RR again next Sunday so hopefully it should be 200+
