My first car

Hi i'm new to mr2's but i have always loved how they look. i just picked this car up about a week ago and i love it :-). sure there's a few things that need to be fixed but nothing to big. I got big plans for this car...oh and also if the first owner is on this forum i'm taking good care of her.

nice car, better shape than my first car was when I got it, which was also my MR2. Lol I'm assuming its turbo from the engine lid?

are those TOM's rims....... or do they just have the TOM's center cap?

If you're in Houston hit up TexasMR2.com, might help out meeting other mr2 peeps. They also have a parts car in the for sale section incase your car is needing any items currently.

You're lucky that you got nice after market wheels that came with the car

Rare to find rims that fit nicely like that.

thanks guys. i wasn't really planning to get an mr2 i just found a good deal and couldn't pass it up. i love this thing and i wanna learn everything about this car. oh and yes those are tom's rims. also its a turbo....the guy said its a ct20b on 15psi. is that safe for that turbo??

yes it's safe. i'm on a ct27 at 15psi

are you the one on texasmr2.com that is getting the paint job done?

well what i know for the ct20b well the could handle the abuse but the problem is ur engine..

ok good thanks guys....yeah i'm not going to up the boost i was just wondering. oh and no i'm not the guy on texasmr2 getting the paint job done. i'm going to save up for one cause this one needs it. yes these rims are under lock and key and a shotgun in hand. right now i'm just trying to get the car at 100%. has a few small problems here and there but nothing to big.
