Sard front bumper

Well it's official I'm now a sard bar$%rd.

Well where to start, I've had this front bumper for several months. Under the guiding influence of Paul and Anth (Woodsport), they showed me how to fill, prep, prime, flat and g3 the front bumper. I can't take any credit for the paint work they did all that, I'm just up to using crayons. Anyhow here's how it went.

Bumper in yellow, sanded down. The underside took quite a beating, this was filled and sanded falt.

Hmmm some oxy10 applied, stone chip damage and the odd crack repaired.

After a coat of high build primer and another sanding down, the paint was applied.

The original front bumper was a twat to do, anyone who's removed one has my sympathy. Had to drill out the fog lights

Whilst I had the front bumper owf, I painted the front impact bar.

Anyhow to cut a short story short. Here's pics of it fitted. Right I'm for for some therapy.

It's a carbon fibre border copy. It was part of a U.K. group buy about 4 years ago.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys, I'm really pleased with the car now.

I think it might be time to me onto something else. I fancy something old skool next.

Hi mate, I got the lights off ebay in the U.K. Or you could try baktasht on here, I think he might sell them.

MR2 MK2 Quad Headlight Conversion Kit on eBay, also Head Lamps, Lights Lighting Accessories, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 21-May-09 17:02:48 BST)

The seats are buddy club, I had to make a set of custom seat runners so they would fit in the two.
