A few pics of my ugly car

Haven't posted pics of my car in quite awhile so I thought I'd show how my car looks now .

I got into an accident a couple days ago. I rear ended someone.

So don't mind the flaky front bumper.

I took off my spoiler and to my suprise the previous owner actually painted under the center piece! The side spoilers however...

I was never a fan of the 2 being wingless, but I have to say, 91 tail lights and mudflaps actually makes it look good.

Think I'm going to stay wingless for awhile, but a 94+ spoiler is on the way hehe.

The trunk and rear fenders are going to be welded shut and the car is going to be repainted soon, hopefully by the end of next month. YESH! Still debating on super white or restore her to her former crimson red.

So is she going to be a full time track car? I've been thinking about what to do with the money I'll get for working over the summer. I might try for a turbo swap, or I might sell mine, and that money together with the money from my summer job, I could buy a 5spd MR2 and make it a track car. Not sure what to do.

Yeah that's sort of the plan, she's just going to be my Daily/AutoX car until I can find a suitable daily and then the fun will begin. Nice David. I'd go for that turbo swap. It'll become a 5spd anyways.

Plus you'll still have your first ever mr2!

Bah, okay forget super white, I'm going back to crimson. Less of a hassle.

It'll be weird to see yours in red. I'm really leaning towards the turbo swap, because I still have the lightweight of my hardtop, I keep my first car(Like you said), and it stays white, which is my second favorite color for the MR2. But my dad doesn't want me to do that, because he says it would never be the same as OEM, I won't like it, etc etc. A T-top would be nicer on a hot day, and if I sell mine, there's a possibilty I could get one in Aqua Marine Pearl, which is my favorite color for the MR2. So I'm really torn. I guess I can think about it more when I actually have the money at the end of the summer.

I forgot yours was a hardtop, sweet. AMP is a really nice color. Do the swap anyways, as long as you don't shortcut it your good.

I've really considered selling mine and saving the money till I find a Turbo T-top AMP MR2... and not taking anything less. Because I don't have my license yet, so it's not like I frequently drive mine, so it doesn't matter if I'm car-less for a few months.

i don't know about going wingless... especially if there are red unpainted areas LOL. doesn't look like your car sustained much damage.

I'm going paint it soon, it's not going to match but hey it's better than having red right? By the end of summer she's going to be full red.
