My fog lights, you'll want to see inside.
Here are my fogs, Guess how much I paid for them.
![]() ![]() don't mind the crooked one on the right, it was dark when I put that one on. bracket and mounting location for it: ![]() location of screw hole (yours might vary): ![]() for the books, I used a threaded screw with a hex head on and predrilled the hole, you'll want to use a rubber backed washer to prevent water and crap from coming in. PROJECT IS A FAILURE DUE TO CELICA FOGLIGHT BEAM LOCATION!!! ![]() Last edited by Maruki-kun; 01-28-2010 at 02:36 AM.. |

tried them out today, relay kicks on and then nothing, so I need to see if they are getting power from the crippled old lines or not.

omfg i knew it!!! celica fogs!
damn, just the other day i was looking at 5th gen celicas and thought "wow, their fog lights look pretty identical to our mr2 foglights". glad to know that they look just like oems on mr2s. time to go pick me up a pair. how is the fitment?... other than making your own brackets? cheers! |

it's not 100%, I'd say 7/10 at best up close but a couple of feet back it looks okay. it's lacking that black trim to make it more "complete"

yup yup. I got them at my local junkyard, there are at least 3 sets of them left, for a fee I'll go pickup sets and ship the needed hardware with them.

5th gen GT, not the ST, you want the bigger lights.

they are just standard L brackets, when I take one of them off to test the voltage, I'll snap a few pics of where the screw was done at.
and yeah, the cost of MK2 fogs needs to come down A LOT. |
