Congratulations to aQuarius26 - MR2Board's June 2007 Showcase MR2!
MR2 Spyder Hardtop

aQuarius26 has gone where many MR2 owners don't dare. While other's stick to the tried and tested Marks One and Two, he's poured his heart, and soul into building a MKIII MR2 that will turn heads everywhere it goes. With wheels that will catch the eyes of even those who don't typically pay attention to cars, Kyle's 'Two makes a serious statement. Making it's home in the Mile High City, aQuarius26's is far from your typical Colorado mobile. It's design comes from nothing other than Japanese influence... and it works well.

Kyle's car includes far too much to quickly go over, so look below for an updated modification list. Perhaps the most desired feature of his car in the eyes of other ZZW30 owners stateside is the Toyota Accessory hardtop. The addition of the hardtop truly changes the look of the car, and the balance of the owner's bank account, as the piece must be imported from over seas.

Having started out as a daily driver, it's not hard to see that Kyle's obsession with MR2s got the best of him- and it's easy to see why. Weighing in at only 2055lbs without a driver, Kyle's MR2 is some of the most fun you can have on 4 wheels.

wow! nice car...I wish the MKII's were that light when lightweight mods are part of the picture. I'm starting to like the spyders a little more.

Thank-you!, the Hardtop was pretty much the first thing I got, and was absolutly necessary IMO, I've never been a fan of the way soft tops look, besides the softop made the car get waaaaayyy too many "its cute" comments

Beautiful Spyder, All mods are very tastefull congratulations on having good taste IMO. If i ever drive a spyder it will have to be hardtop. Do you mind me asking how much they run?

As for the hardtop, they range from $2000 in Group Buys from JAPANPARTS.com, to $3600+ from a Stateside Toyota Dealer (other then Carson Toyota in California), who offers them for $2400 @ NEWTOYOTAPARTS.com

Also, some people dont know this, but they come painted in the spyder factory colors, so no need to paint
