Damaged Head

Hi Donny,
I have tried both e-mail and PM's on here with no success so I am hoping this will at least garner some response. I purchased a 9-bolt 3sgte head from you in July in preparation to put a new one on over the winter months. Being as I have no garage this has been on hold for awhile. I recently pulled the head out, and looked it over. As you can see by the pictures that are attached the head is pretty beat up. Something I should have checked when I first got it, but being a reputable vendor I didn't think to scrutinize the head....I took your word for it. The head came well packaged, and was shipped very well.

Going through the head it looks like it was in a car that had some serious damage. One of the cams has a gouge, and on some of the cam cams you'll see that there was some serious damage that has been sanded down trying to repair it something? Upon inspection of the valves/springs it looks like they are not 3s springs at all, but 5s springs/valves. I just want a response to see if we can work something out or if I am out the 185 bucks. I know it has been awhile, and I should have went over the head a little bit more than a quick glance, but I feel I was sold something other than I was told I was getting. Tried calling a couple of times as well (called the number on your website...not sure if that's where I should try to reach you or not?), and no answer so far.

Sorry for the delay. I have been out alot here recently and it appears no one has been checking the forums either. I will email you shortly. If you called the number on the site and no one picked up, you should leave a message. That is the only way we know to call people back.
