Doing the same thing to a 3S gets you to 210-215whp at 15-16psi. And they're 200HP from the factory

If I was pushing 15 PSI on my 7M, I would break the 300whp mark...

wrong. 3 means it was made in mexico.

The supra guys announced they where going to try to copyright that term....hence my aformentioned mocking of the term.
