These are the international T-Shirt orders that we believe have not been received yet. If you are on the list, please let us know if you've received you're shirt. If you're not on the list, international or lower 48 and have no received a shirt you paid for, please let us know.

As you know, the shipping has taken over 2 months. We had hoped that they were just slow, being that all international orders had the same problem.
We're contacting the post office to see if they have any idea what may have happened. The t-shirts were unfortunately sent without tracking numbers to keep the price down, so this could be an issue. However, we're trying to find out if there is any recourse with the shipper.

Tentatively, by the end of this week, you have the option to:
A) Receive a full refund for your paid T-shirt order
B) Have another shirt printed and sent off to you

We're due for a reprinting anyway, there have been some more requests, especially in 'XX' sizes. Please let us know what you'd like to do!

Pending no cooperation on USPS' part (we'll find out tomorrow), we could have another order for stock (not a group buy this time) into the printer by the end of the week, completion would likely be mid-next week. The t-shirts should take no more than 2 weeks to arrive at their Canadian destination after being shipped from Texas, but that obviously hasn't happened with the last batch.

USPS was supposed to give us information on the batch # on Friday, so we held off on printing. Still no word. Check your PM box.

Finally some good news!!!

USPS answered our questions! Apparently there was an older version of the customs forms used, and this is why the shirts never left the country. They're being returned to the shipper after being held in customs for months (we have no idea why this didn't happen without having to ask). The correct documentation will be filled out ASAP and the shirts will be reshipped and will arrive.

Sorry again for all of the hassle, it's a shame customs couldn't have informed us of this months ago.
