UK English language pack addition

I added a UK English laguage pack that is now selectable via you USERCP options. The differences are subtle, such as date format and certain words, but I thought I'd try it out. If our UK & Aussie mates could test it out, I'd be most appreciative.

Technically speaking you are an American since you live in North America. It's just like Asians that are from various countries such as China, Japan, Korea, etc, but they are called "Asians" as a general term regardless of their country of origin. Didn't think of that did ya? Moron.

Costa Ricans "Central Americans"
and Brazilians "South Americans"

also, technically people from central and eastern Russia and all the "stans" (that are hard to spell) that used to be part of Russia, as well as India, Pakistan, etc...they're all technically asian but we only think of people from countries such as Japan, China, Korea, etc as "asians"....weird

You just don't want to be called an American

There really is no "America" other than the generalized North, Central, and South all clumped together as one whole....remember, we're the United States OF America....we're not America ourselves, but a small part of a bigger America...so if we're Americans, then so are you!
