Yes.
Anytime you take in your MR2 for an alignment they at least look and/or adjust your camber for wear or whatever the specs state they are. It is EASY to adjust your camber, the hard part is getting it into spec without a very expensive alignment machine. You just loosen the 2 big bolts that hold your strut to the spindle and move it where you need it and retighten. If you lower your MR2 you should look into a camber kit, which comes in different flavors but are basically a bolt with an eccentric shoulder to allow for additional adjustment. Again you need an anlignment machine to adjust them properly but you can get it close enough in the garage to put it together and drive to the alignment shop. My freind told me when I went to his shop mr2's have a Lil camber to play...
This is what he said " dude ur alignment is really really tight!!!! As in tight tight!!!!" It's like .01 or .02 on a machine or somethin... |
