Carpron Website Support issue with carpron?

hi,

is it just me or is there an issue with carpron picture hosting? I can't upload pics.

At the top of the screen it says the following...... Warning: set_time_limit() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/carpron/public_html/gallery2/modules/core/classes/Gallery.class on line 584

Known issue. Server support guys changed some security settings and hosed it. I can't even shell to it now so I have to go to the data center in order to login. I'll fix it as soon as I can.

I just tried to open an account the other day and got that. When i finished typing in all my info it went to a blank screen. Hit the back button and it said user name was already used. I thought it wasnt liking my user name so I tried some different ones. Couldnt figure it out so I quit trying. Got on my email account and it said I started 3 accounts. How can I delete 2 of these user names once everything is up and running again?
