Never recieved package

I recently purchased a stock bov+hot pipe and haven't recieved my package. What should I do any help?

You should just contact him and ask where the package is and if there are any problems. That would be the best way. If he has 100% feedback, I wouldn't be too concerned just yet.

I'm with Dave here. How long has it been? Sometimes it takes a little time. Maybe you send payment (assuming PayPal?) Monday, he checks his mail Tuesday night, prepares the package Wednesday after work, ships it Thursday. That's four days before the package even leaves his house, which isn't unreasonable for a private party deal, considering most people have some sort of life outside the internet...well, not me, but most people do.

If it's been longer than, say, ten days, I'd shoot him a brief note just asking if he might have a tracking number or could tell you when he shipped it so you know about when to expect it. Like in any other conversation, a little politeness and humility will probably go a long way.

i'd second that. i think a lot of problems (in general, not just here) are mostly in part of impatience and poor communication.
no need to be a jerk first.
