It's the wire sticking up next to the lower left corner of the black plastic throttle cable cover/cruise control cover. It has a round connector on the end.

I would go to Irvine or Long Beach if it was a big meet. We could probably get some things together in SD if we made a thread dedicated to SD?

I've also got a new problem, as of yesterday, when taking off from a stop the engine kind of bogs down until the RPMS get to 4 or 5K then it takes off like a bat out of hell. Only from a stop though, if you are going say 45 and floor it, it downshifts and accellerates normally. Bad fuel maybe?

whats the rpm at idle? make a thread about the issues, feel bad we're taking space in the checkin. There's only a handful of owners in San Diego that are on the forums

Problem solved with new plugs/wires/cap/rotor. Still dunno what that wire is tho!

i believe that ground wire connects to the right side engine cover piece.

if you look on the left side there another one on the other side. also connected from the body to the left side cover

Where'dya get the clear-ish running light lenses? They would look good on MY black 91! Do they have matching side markers?

they were already on the car when i bought it but i believe from Twosrus.com and no the side markers are still amber

to my knowledge there are no one selling clear side markers. (unless jdm white or custom) also some people go ebay signal lights almost look the same theres a thread with all the different signal lenses.

also nice lookin mr2 charlez... that automatic? (i remember you wanting a automatic)

nope its a 5 speed I pretty much got to the point and told my gf she was gonna have to deal with it..shes looking to buy a SC300 soon so no hard feelings.
