^awesome Davis i like
Mark your interior looks awesome. i have no experience with cloth or paint. tech me sensei! Mixxer have you checked out pawn shops for air compressors? i came up on a craftsman 110v 30gal for about $100. its perfect for my garage tinkering. unfortunately my folks garage is also being used for storage, but one of my sisters is moving out which will free up a lot of space. which means soon i will have a proper work area. woo hoo! hey guys i have a question i keep forgetting to ask: before i parked the 2 i noticed that when she is on the highway her temp is about 1/4 of the way up the temp gauge. but in stop and go traffic she runs about twice that at about half way up. i know that she is not overheating i just think its weird that her temp doubles in stop n go. i believe her fan is working, im gonna dble check when i get her running again. any thoughts from anyone? is this "normal" or what? Haha thanks Ren. I can't wait to p-p-paint!
Hmm that is odd. Mines is always at half way when she's all warmed up. Thanks Ji. You need to bring yours out too! ![]() |

Mine at a normal temp is just right below half as Ji and I were talking about on our previous replies. If your guage does not go pass the half way point I think your good. |

oh yeah i forgot you already have one...
i am prob just being paranoid about the temp. as long as she doesn't overheat i won't worry about it too much. just seems odd that the temp doubles in stop n go. don't know how long its been going on but i don't think she was always running that way.... next on the list is to do some fluid flushes so maybe once she gets some Yoda Red in her the temp will not fluctuate... |

Maybe you have air in the system. its pretty easy to bleed it. There is a radiator air bleed valve and a heater bleed valve. Just open those up while you fill it up. Mine does not jump up and down at all. At a normal temp, it just stays a little below half way and stays there even when I drive for 2 long hours straight or so.

Aww you guys! Especially you Kelv!
Thanks for the offer on the 93 sways, but I'm leaning towards TuRD. Was looking at Addco, but that sounds to hardcore for me.Christian! Is it a manual rack? If so. I'll offer ya $200 for it (From your green car of course) + everything else (U-joint, tie rod ends, umm what els). NOW. ![]() yeah Dennis, I sorta hit the wiper switch. |
