2jz NA or the 1uz

Wait...you mean the Altezza/IS300??? Those in America came with an NA VVTi 2jz. In japan there was two other motors but the only important one was the 3sge Black Top Beams . 210 hp and ~160 lb/ft torque out of a 4 banger. The RS200 weighed 300 lbs less than the IS300 and was faster

Yeah...those engines aren't so cheap...but it's not like they'll fit in our cars anyways

It'd be a squeeze...that's a big heavy motors. Pointless in my opinion unless you're planning on adding a turbo. There are some really good 4 bangers or v6's that fit in those cars that are way lighter and readily available.

Would be cool but also dangerous. Those cars are so old they need a lot of upgrades to safely handle that kind of power...

ya i know its not only the engine swap that needs to be done but some suspension upgrades and other upgrades as well..
but just saying it would be cool and something i would like to do in the future once i get my career to have an old school sleeper with so much power..
but it would be my drift car and maybe use it on the street once in a great while but not to race just so it wont sit in my garage so long..
