Old school sleepers are cool...but old cars still drive like old cars. Depends on how old of a car you're thinking about, but with cars coming out these days it's becoming harder to practically match their performance numbers. I wouldn't put a lot of money into a car prior to the 90's unless it was a collectors/classic car.
Good to see Tin and Ren caught up . Good luck with getting everything running Ren |

What the heck is this sound?!?!
I'm hearing a sound in the engine bay of my 2 and its driving me crazy. It sounds like something plastic or metal or I don't know what is resting against something else and vibrating as I accelerate. I can't hear it at low RPMs but at high RPMs it is pretty noticeable. It seemed like it only did it when the engine was cold but I've noticed that it makes the sound when its warm as well.
I tried recording it and you can kind of hear what I'm talking about in this video. You can hear it better if you turn it up. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Hopefully its not anything too crazy. Thought I'd ask here before making a new post in the forum. This is a 93 Turbo. |

i thought you said 197 mixxer?
looks like there is some catching up to do.I'm going to bed, thanks for hooking it up. My car sounds different now and has a littttle bit more go ![]() Ji, thinking about turning it over to collections, there's just a lot of hassle involved. Frankie, I would give the movie a 8.5 Dr. Manhattan is insane. |
