Maybe you can give him a break for some of the labor since everyone is pretty much willing to help fix your car. I can also ask my brother's friend how much for a paintjob.

You trying to sell me your lid? I thought you are keeping that which is why I figured if you are getting the front clip from that guy, you can try to get that lid off from him as well. He has it sitting on his front yard along with the clips. He has 2 black front clip he is selling.

Yeah looks nice... the one he has kinda has scratches all over. Maybe waxing/detailing it will take care of it. Hope you can get a good deal overall. I'll paypal or overnight you the check or whatever if you want or I can stop by your place and give you the $$$. I really just want to pay $80 for it tho.

Colin...don't let them screw you. Tell them he can always give you his mom's car and some cash (maybe a few hundred). Then you can sell his car and use the money on the two. Don't let his dumb ass off the hook. He drove without insurance...there's not much room for pitty. That's almost like feeling bad for a drunk driver. I'm sure his family has the money to cover that somewhere. His mom can pull it out of her retirement fund or something. Again...stupidity should not get pity. If he hit anything belonging to the state or government his ass would lose everything. He should consider himself lucky it'll only cost a couple grand.

Hey Joe...so do you wanna do a mini meet slash work on cars at your place. We can pitch in for food and BBQ. I'll call Matt and make sure he's down to go and if so we can meet up Sunday around noon? Maybe Denis and Jmoney will come too. Oh...and Davis, you are more than welcome to come...and anyone else who feels like driving to SD.

Also, its necessary for someone to bring a jack and tools. Like I said, I have a decent quality "standard" (read: nothing special) ratchet set and some jack stands but that's about it.
