Mr2 For sale
You are looking at a Toyota MR2 with a customized Ferrari F40 conversion, built custom with Ferrari Rear wing, Rear Tail lights, and Ferrari style body. Body was extended and costomized in order to be all original and one of a kind. There is no other car like it out in the streets. Body kit is heavy duty high grade fiberglass that will not break easily. Paint color is coded from a Ferrari as well. Wheels are 17" inch racing sport wheels. Also has a JDM engine with about 90k on it. The T-Top is also removable. It has Tokico shocks so it is lowered a little bit. The car carries a 1.6 DOHC engine that runs strong. txt or call to see (323) 928-1459 asking 3800 OBO

colin why you selling them again???
so do you think its a flat spot due to the skid most likely??? was thinking to get my car aligned and see whats up... got them aligned about 12k miles ago i believe. f40 conversion seems ok. the wheels yes i agree with colin |

17" on a mk1 is a
The skid could have caused the flat spots. Normally flat spots are caused by the wheels locking up from hard braking. If your car isn't eating up tires or driving straight, you don't need to get an alignment |

yes to what davis says Deni. I hit my brakes pretty hard and then my car was bumpy. Turned out I ate em up that last time I braked. It still drove straight, just bumpy. Seriously, take a look at your tires or even just feel em at the very least....
Davis, we just liked the wheels as they are, not specifcally to the car. Fast and Furious looks awesome. Paul walker owns a skyline in real life. He fought to get the stickers off the cars for this movie |

hey all just caught up.
Dorman i am down to support a car club. i would love to be an active part of it too. it would be a lot of hard work but all good things are. i bet my girl carrie down at northridge yoda would add the club to her discount list, she already supports the 4ag heads and told me to "tell all my friends"... I got a smog guy in the valley who will pass me or my buddies for about the same price as that ad, which was removed btw.... Colin what day are you going to see that movie? i said id be nice and come with you if i can fit it into my schedule... Question guys: i am bringing the 2 down south on friday as i have that day off work and school. gonna meet up with Dorman in Laguna and continue figuring her out. do you think its cool to drive her that far with the idle issue im having? its fine off idle and it will be freeway driving the whole way, off peak hours so i wont hit traffic, but one of my buddies made me scared about doing that when i mentioned it to him last night. what would you guys do? |

Hey Ren...... Drive the car around your neighborhood and maybe hop on the freeway back. You will be the only one that could tell if it is safe enough to drive. My gut says its ok since you dont have a CEL or any other issues. I couldn't think of anything else what problem it could be since you literally replaced the whole ignition system etc and they were brand spanking new.

well i do have a CEL but its cuz i removed the EGR system and the EGR temp sensor doesn't like that too much
gotta find a way to disable that, maybe i can run a resistor thru the temp circuit and fool the ECU into thinking its working...we will see...im not concerned about it as EGR only kicks in midrange-ish and its strictly mechanical (besides the temp sensor) so she doesn't care that its not there..but yeah i was planning on driving it up the street, filling her up and seeing how she does before driving her south...gonna kinda play it by ear i guess... |
