I'm curious too. I know everything is mixable on the mr2. All the bolt holes and mounting points will be the same. I really can't see there being any significant difference. Even the NA's can use turbo radiators if you have the turbo fans...

Yeah... daym.... wtf is the difference..... I'm thinking there is an extra line there (either auto or manual radiator) that could be plugged.

I talked to Aaron about it just now and he said the coolant line for the tranny connects to one of the main lines in the back. So he think the radiator might be a little thicker since the autos have to work a bit harder??? Who knows...

cool.. So does this mean the Auto radiator is the same as the turbo? Aren't the turbo radiators thicker?

Positive opinion only
Negative opinion please keep it to yourself. For those of you who have seen the car during the drop meet at my place in Norwalk..... I've seen the car and it came out very well.... How much should it go for. Tim needs to sell and I am helping him out. I have my own opinion about the car but please keep negative opinion to yourselves and not post on the board..... I'll get more infos ASAP.. Need to sell ASAP.

pretty fun eh? Some idiot in a prius cut me off shortly after that. Now, in canada, when that happens you flash your brights to say "that was not nice, pay attention" so I thought that I should embrace my inner canadian and flash him. I continued to do so, in and out of a few lanes and then I let him go. He tried very hard to get behind me to pay me back (my high beams are REALLY REALLY BRIGHT
) and I took off as I seen what he was trying to do. He tried to keep up but gave up at 90mph as I left him behind at a constant 400ft. He gave me a quick flick at the end but I could barely see his lights road rage isn't something that I condone but when people cut you off sick, then I think they need to be taught a lesson and think twice about endangering someones life... Sadly (I'm not proud of this) did this again when a 318 came SUPER close to taking me out. I high beamed and chased him for 30secs at 90mph just to let him know that he should be careful. FYI, normally I let this go, don't wanna get shot but that ain't cool....mixxer, 7-8000.00? its a 91, miles? did he repaint it since I last saw it? what is a ct-28, never heard of that turbo I should research it.Deni, that movie owned. |

Glad you guys had fun tonight.....
Yeah was thinking around the same price range. He says he invested about $12K total. I don't doubt that since you will have to pay someone for the labor that did all the work etc... Same paint but buffed and stuff.... I wasn't quite sure about the turbo myself but didn't do a lot of research about the just yet..... He is in the $8K+ price range but very very open to reasonable offers and will work with the right person. |
