Davis!!!!! Got my CG-Locks.. they are cool. Only think I don't like about them is you have to hold the release lock so you can roll the seatbelt all the way back.... Theres got to be a better design next time they make one... I'll probably send their little registration/survey form.

Not really busy. Just can't afford for the car to be parked for a long time in the driveway ..... I'm doing a lot of reading on the BGB and want to rebuild mine myself and fix all the leaks. I'm dying for some track time (motorcycle or car). Can't afford to go on motorcycle since I haven't ridden in a while so I hope I can feak the leak on mine soon enough... I can't rush it tho so slowly and surely she goes.........

Yeah that AW sure is cheap.. very tempting.. I'm thinking the guy will let it go for $1K maybe even $900.

Aren't you in a market for a pickup? How's this? I know its well over your budget tho for this pickup.

yeah that truck is alright. they don't say how many miles. i would rather buy a lower mileage p/u from the orig owner, but yeah i don't have money for that right now its gonna be at least a few months before i can start looking. money is tight right now and i gotta get the 2 running better first.

Sorry to hear that Davis.. At least you guys are still friends. Thats just how it is sometimes. Being friends works out better than boyfriends/girlfriends sometimes know what I mean....

Anyway... I guess we don't know the condition of our engine mounts until we take them off. I did because I wanted to install the Kirkosaurus motor mounts that I bought. These is how the old mounts look and after I put on the Kirkosaurus mounts. Big improvement if I may ad even tho my old mounts were totally trashed. I'd still order new mounts tho and do this all over again... Front mount is a pain to put back on because the hole does not line up on the firewall

You can see the front mount there totally trashed. The previous owner of my car is a 40 something year old white chick. I don't think she would go under there and fix it herself so she took it to a shop and those damn mechanic didn't replace it with new ones ....

crap Mixxer i am wondering if i should worry about replacing my motor mounts when i do my 5S swap...mine have 200k on them, do you think i should bite the bullet and look into new mounts? and if so i guess you recommend sticking with OEM?
