Daym.. talking about not passing on a good deal hehehehehe.... Still gotta get my brother's wheels fixed remember? Then need to buy new set of tires for them
: The wheels are just sitting on his garage collecting dust and all tires threads are showing ..... I'm thinking at least $600. About $100-150 to get it fix then another $450 for the tires... daym......... maybe its not worth it afterall... no wonder my co-worker has different wheels like every 3 or so months. He breaks even too on most of the deal he gets buying them, using it for a while then turns around and sells them and buy another set |

Steering Rack: 2
Davis: 0 ![]() So last time I was taking the rack apart I didn't have the right size tools for the newer tie rod ends. So I went out and bought them and decided to not put the rack together. The other day I was like yeah! lets renew it! Got to disassembling it and I came to the point where I needed a 30mmish wrench. Bought the wrench a couple days ago and now here I am mad that the wrench is too fat! It can't fit in between the inner tierod and the claw washer. Guess I'll just bring it to work on saturday and use the special service tool if we have it.On another note, here's my new wallpaper, my AutoX idol Jeff! ![]() Tobad he doesn't have it anymore, lucky guy with his v6. ![]() Last edited by Davis; 04-14-2009 at 02:19 PM.. |

Advice please: So I want to sell the G20 now. I figure I could get around 1000.00 for it. The exterior is ok and same with the interior... I stress OK. It has 153,000 miles on it and needs new tires. Now, there is a program where you can 'retire' your car for 1000.00 bucks if it doesn't pass smog. I can easily make it not pass... Now would you take the chance on selling it, or would you try for the program since I would meet the requirements... I might 'come up' if I did it this way. But who knows, If I'm lucky, I could get 1100.00 for it, fat chance though... what do you all think?

If you don't want to wait for buyers, then I'd do the $1000 route, hmmm I think I should do that with the cam cam.

+1.... not sure how much they are worth... I used to like them cars. I owned a 92 Sentra SE-R back in the days and I know that G20 has the same engine but more luxary because its an Infinity. What year? You might be able to sell it for $2K. If not I guess yeah, go do the $1K program
