I've never looked into changing out the tension rods since pre 93s are adjustable. Hmm time to do some research since I'm bored.

hello everybody!
been a long time since i have posted anything, i have been CraZy busy lately (which is a good thing)....
Yo Davis i have been meaning to ask you what you do for your suspension set up, and if you ever play with your tire pressures/staggers...if you ever want a tire specialist to tag along with you to one of your events let me know, i learned a ton when i was doing that on the Super Lates i also really enjoy it!
Oh and Mixxer i have a question for you too...my mom's honda needs the suspension freshened up. she needs new struts and tie rods for sure. i was wondering what you were up to this coming weekend and if it would be possible for me to roll over and take advantage of your spring compressor...oh i am also still interested in tagging along for the 5S tune up as well, whenever you guys end up doing that....
oh and i missed TORC and i am sad...had a migraine for like two ****ing days. sucked cahones. how was it? i am sure it was super fun...

Yeah I definitely play with my pressures. So far, I like having 44psi in the front and 38 psi in the rear. No over steer whatsoever. Haven't messed with different staggers since I don't have much money for tires.

Yeah we're still doing my full gravy service. It'll be next sunday, hopefully.

Still bored Davis? Well did you do valve cover? hhmmmmmm...

Ren: Might have a couple of customers on Saturday then sunday is Davis 5s tune. Hondas are easy tho. We should be able to knock it out in no time if you want to come down Sunday while we take care of Davis'.

Awesome!

Well I didn't do valve covers today since I didn't have the right size socket and I didn't want to spend my lunch money on one.

Didn't you use the compressor at the lowering meet? I though I remembered you helping someone out with their springs...maybe not though

Yeah...it's in decent shape. A few little blemishes under where the driver's seat goes.

I need to do that also...I've heard you need a press to get some of the bushings in and out. I know you need a press to get out the ball joints. And not just some autozone one cause I broke one of those trying to get them out. You need like a 3 ton press in a shop to get those suckers out .

Well its not really about me working on the car or not but just in case I need to leave or anything which is why I try to leave my sundays free

I just found out about the blue brake fluid. Very cool.... I was helping my cousin with his Supra and noticed he was using it. Looks thicker too than conventional brake fluid.

Haha I'm playing Mark. Hmm can I borrow your brake bleeder thingy? Pretty please! So I can do it on my own time tomorrow. Think I can pick it up tonight after I get out of class? ~10.

Hmm another question, how much brake fluid should I buy?
