oh well. Sounds like it wouldn't be too hard to fix. Can you post some pictures of the damage so we can see what it'd take to fix it?

Yeah...Davis will pull out his pocket full-o-tools and go to town. If he shows you a ratchet hammer trick to cut wires...I totally taught him that

Awesome trick too! and no kidding about the pocket full-o-tools.

Oh and check out the new presents I got for Mindy!!! *takes a deep breath*

and as you can see you can't see the MR2 clearly because I taped up the nameplate so it wouldn't fall!! Which i hope this glue holds, I'm scared it might fall from all of the vibrations.

and ah yes I know most of you are jealous, but to make you guys happy..see how it's not bolted to the chassis? well, both sides stripped!! I got one on the passenger side in (but not tight) and then I tried to get the driverside side. Got it in then it stopped , so I backed out the passenger side to give it some more movement, but it didn't go anywhere. Took it out and dammit!! So i'm like **** it, lets put 5 bolts on for now, tried to put the passenger side back on, how did that one strip??? Gonna tap it tomorrow, so hopefully.

On another note, my car handles!!!

and I have a bag of maintenance goodies!!

sorry for the long post, grr i'm mad about rear strut bar.

Ouch...but totally fixable. Don't ditch her. We can save her!!!

You just need a new bumper (which you needed anyways).
You might be able to get Colin's old radiator since he got a new one with his clip.
The fender and door you can at least live with for now.
Once the the door and fender are fixed you can get a new paint job or something.
And if that wheel is toast small rims are cheap and easy to come by.

wow, thats worse than mine...

anyone wanna guess at how much 93+ turbo calipers are going for right now? I want some soon... Or maybe I should just hold off until I need new brakes. But then again, it couldn't hurt to have em...

Tin, Davis is going to go today, if you need his number MSG me and I will hook you up. Maybe we can grab lunch.

Hey Colin, I've seen 93+ Turbo calipers going for around $500 for all 4. And Tin won't be able to make it with me today, he's got class.

Spend the $$$ for peace of mind and take it to a frame shop. They'll do the necessary measurements etc and will let you know. If that is good then it might just be worth it for you to fix the whole thing or go with your other plan with buying a rolling shell and transfer everything.
