Why would you wanna balance the car out? Rear bias is better. Plus it's better to keep most of the weight toward the center of the car for handling. Doesn't make sense to move it. Fuel cell in the same place could be cool...

I'll call you Colin

ask the alms gt2 class ferraris and porsches that, for something more relevant autocross sm2 Randy Noll had a frunk mounted fuel cell along with various prepared class guys too. The weight put into the front creates better front end grip whilst in the whole scheme of weight distribution in the mk2 it isn't all that radical since the stock fuel tank isn't in the trunk

mmm so i just came back from the mechanic. and apparently the steering knuckle is bad. A brand new bearing, is slightly loose inside of it. so if anyone has one with power steering (not sure if this would make a different) be helpful xD
thanks

oh one more thing guys if you could confirm be great. Does the abs indicator go on when you first start it up? just wondering if i have ABS or not... so i can go about and search.

If you have ABS, yes it will turn on that first few seconds to check itself then turn off. If it stays on, somethings up with the ABS.

Randys MK2 is sex!!

so fkn mad..

we went to a car meet yesterday. speed hunter.com was there. a group of us mr2 was all parking together. and out of a blue. some red jdm mr2 pull up and park next to us. the owner came out of the car and start talking to the rest of the guys. i didn't think anything of it. and then, i notice that the passager guy came out and start walking around and checking all our mr2. which is fine. then, he start writing some stuff down and texting and calling on the phone alot. he wrote down our plate number and text it in to his bud. reason why i know this is i was standing behind him. and later, he came to my 94 spoiler and start pulling on it. like he's testing it out to see how easy it would be to take it off. i then, came and talk to the owner. which was his friend. and right off. i sence something was all wrong from this guy.

so, my two friends called the cop from the meet on over. they talk to the two guys and ask them to leave. after they left, i ask all the mr2 owner to park their car inside or at someone else house for the next pass weeks.

it's just get me so mad that we would have theif for a mr2 owner. i wrote down his plate number in case something happen.

nice! I'm not too savvy on the current state of classing, but I recall, in e-stock, the mr2 n/a being the top dog. You gotta spruce up your driving! I remember when I used to go, the modified sti's and evo's were my targets to beat. Which I usually did unless they were on some serious tire

I wish I was running against the 1st generation Miatas, but I'm running against the 3rd gens! They're 300lbs lighter than me, 170hp, and have bigger tires. I'm getting close though! 4seconds behind them!
