the panel where the stick gear is. that's where i broke mine the first time. pull the leather up first and use your finger to push the panel from the bottom of the frame. there should be 4 area at the bottom of the panel to push up. i broke mine from just pulling it up.

beside this. everything else should be easy.

I think the hardest part is disconnecting the speedo-cable from the cluster, then its all hunting down screws and bolts

Haha...don't you love when that happens. Those are nice...but I like the new type that have the double toe strap. Takes so much pressure off the front of your foot. My roommate picked some up last season and they are so much more comfortable...

Well good luck... It sure is a good deal.

I think the ones that Mark is talking about is the toe cap that goes around the front of your boot. They are comfortable, but I like my Drakes!

Here is a picture of the Burton Toe Cap. I used to snowboard a lot, my knees don't allow me to do much anymore. I'm only good for about 7-8 runs. So I spend the rest of the time teaching friends/family and throwing snowballs at friends.

Yeah that turqoise pearl one has been on there for some time now, if you guys remember Kay, he tried getting it, but as Mixxer said, the dude never picks up.

Hmmm, you guys think I can get 4k out of Mindy? (I'm not selling just wondering.)

How many miles are on her? That sounds reasonable. Only reason I'd say less would be the paint...
