do you guys know anyone selling a TRD widebody kit? i know its a longshot but, i REALLY want it.

As for replicas, i actually am considering it .. so do you guys have any particular company/website to go with for the fake TRD kit? (as in, you know that they are good with their parts, shipping, material, and what not)

p.s. Mark, thanks for the wheel ... my car is now alive

I think Extreme Dimensions have a TRD widebody kit. And I figure they are good since they are the official vendors.

Their website: Car and truck body kits & parts for mx3, s10, SUV, civic, neon, focus, etc.

Good luck with finding a real one, that's going to be a tough one! Even if you did find one it's going to cost a whole bunch. Fake widebodies dont fit to well and will cost a bunch to get it to fit right, so you should just leave it stock.

Thanks Ji and Jeremy for the restaurants! We really liked La Sirena Grill! Food was delicious and you weren't kidding about it being on the outskirts of town. We got there and whoa it's pretty dead, but such a nice place!

I'm glad you guys liked it Davis!

On a different note...any N/A guys here wanting to go turbo on their fun car? I am in a bad spot, and need my car running and have no money. Maybe some sort of trade...my 270whp 3sgte/transmission (with QUALITY parts) that needs work for your running well 5sfe/3sge and labor + some cash. I even 95% of what's needed to fix the 3sgte!

I really don't want to have to try and sell my car I can list all the mods if someone is truly interested. It's a long list.

1991. Something in the block blew - I haven't pulled it, but I don't see any holes. I only drove it after the rebuild for 2ish years. All local miles, except for 1 trip to SF, a couple trips to Streets of Willow (only ran two sessions at both), and my GF drove it to Fontana for a few months for work last summer. I don't know why it blew - I let her friend borrow it. It was okay at the shop a couple days before - no knock, full oil.

Mod list:
-2nd Gen 3sgte w/turbo transmission (Exedy Triple Puck clutch)
-Apexi Air Intake
-Low mileage CT20b
-Berk v3 3in DP (was a tester, so it's not polished)
-Fujitsubo exhaust (v1, so non-stainless). Some tiny dents and scratches, no holes.
-Berk Anodized Black Intercooler (super rare, pipes, couplers, and core is black. Has fan/shroud)
-ATS Throttle Body
-HKS Fuel Cut Defender
-Basic Water Injection
-Walbro 255
-HKS SBC-S electronic boost controller (old style, still works well)
-Speed Source Polyurethane turbo motor mounts.
-Can also include EMS Powered in dash boost gauge in red. Needs a new sender unit, as I broke when I took it out. Send unit is $33 or something through Baktash.

Extra parts:
-Bought a used block with internals (no oil pan, but that's okay on my current motor). There was oil leaks, due to seals, but little to no blow-by.
-Bought new OEM gaskets for every seal on the block
-Bought new OEM valve cover gaskets
-Spark plugs have very few miles, Iridium NGKs
-Just replaced alternator/battery. Can get new battery, it was warrantied.

All I think it would need is the head gasket stuff and you're good to go. This would be an awesome deal for someone who could do their own work, I probably have $2k worth of aftermarket **** on there. All of the aftermarket parts were purchased new, except the Fujistsubo, EBC, and water injection.

I will drop y'all another hint, since its hard to find the car that I'm looking for. Seems to be rare or something. See the BBS wheels on alex sigy? those are the wheels I want for the new/old ride.

^Ah...the love of cars knows no bounds! Of course this is the pot calling the kettle black

Hey Darrin...yeah, that's the kit. Madpsi sells it complete I think. Not sure how much work it'd take to fit it but I think it looks wicked

If Colin is still getting the car that I think he is getting, I don't think i've ever seen that car with those wheels on Alex' signature.... I guess thats why it is so rare?

Well, can't wait to see it.

My cousin married a Mr2 enthusiast. And has one of the cleanest Black wide body kit. Supposedly he's on his 5th mr2. Said he'll hook it up with what ever is in his garage. Said i should do a turbo swap instead of a v6 but he was a bit tipsy at the time lol.
mark i just pm'd you
