Here's the needles on the cluster...
![]() Here's them lit up. I didn't have two light sources to use so it's not lit up as well as it should be...but it gives you a general idea... ![]() |

So this was all just a rough throw together quick paint job with a sticker on the back to help with the lighting. When I do a good version I'll do a better job painting and evening of the colors. They look better in person too
. I think with the super white LED's it'd look pretty sweet. There are one or two other methods I considered and will probably attempt on my next round. I'll keep y'all up dated... |

Are you talking about sanding down the clear plastic behind the gauge faces?
So I've come up with a new strategy...I don't know if it'll work and I might ruin some needles in the process...but after I take care of a few errands tomorrow (that I reluctantly promised to do ) I will make another attempt. This time I'm expecting greater success! |

Nothing Clever
|
Yeah, it will be painful to see her go. But its even more painful to see her under a cover in the garage not being truely appreciated and driven. Its a back and forth battle. I'd like to keep her, but driving her around the block or around town twice a week isn't giving her the attention she deserves. Plus there isn't enough space to keep all these cars. My dad thinks that after I sell the 2, I should buy a 350z for him (midlife crisis I guess). hahaha.

Yeah...I like the 350, its pretty nice, but I think he'll get sick of it after awhile. I'll be too tempted to turbo her if its left in my possession. Problem is he doesn't want to drive stick anymore, so it'll have to be an auto. I don't know, maybe one of my or Crystal's siblings will take it over after he is done. haha. We'll see how things go.
