Cjung needs some help

haha yea as many of you guys know, i been doing some major work on my car (well for a total newbie like me would call it major) and im kinda stuck right now, hence i cant make it to the upcomin meet.

i just need help on 3 things right now which all involve inside of the chassis (where we actually sit down)

1. keylock swap (the blue car uses 2 keys, one for the doors/trunk and one for the ignition.... the guy who sold me his 2 didnt give me the keys to his doors)

2. Sound system swap with an addition of a 10in subwoofer (i think i know how to do this except the part where the additional subwoofer/amp comes in)

3. power window swap (because of the 2 above problems i kinda didnt even search for instructions for this... i believe i can do this with some time)

-------1-------
well the first one looks fairly easy but im stumped at one part, and that is trying to remove this from the green car:

there are 2 bolts that are coned shaped, i asked colin wat they were, but he had no idea either. Im pretty sure there are a unique tool that gets them out because on the blue car they have regular 14mm bolts on them

here is wat it looks like:

-----2-----
For my sound system, its going to be pretty straight forward, just add 2 pairs of 5 1/4 in woofers on the doors and panel behind the seats, a 10 in subwoofer in the back, deck, and an amp (that im going to try to buy it off Ji)

the 10 in subwoofer doesnt look that great, according to the preavious owner its fairly old... since i have no idea when it comes to sound system i really dotn know what to expect from it. this came in a box that has perfect fitment behind the seats.

the other woofers are 5 1/4 in like i stated before but each pair had different wattage
the one on the left is 140W max....... and the one on the right is 175W max

------3------

Lastly, is my power window swap, I didnt do any search on instructions on the forums yet, so I have little idea of the difficulty. I will search about this more after i figure out how 1 is done

well thanx for at least looking by, and any help would be appreciated.
and yea I think i might want to do a meet on this probably on feb 7 or 8 (sat or sun) but since my parents might be home on both days so i dont think i can allow alcohol at my house, but if it does happen, we can have a small bbq in my backyard

again thanx for lookin by

When you talk about a power window swap do you mean you've got crank windows and you want to put in power or do you mean that your power windows aren't working?

Installing the amp should be fairly easy, assuming you have an aftermarket head unit. It takes hooking up Power to the battery with fuse, Ground, L&R RCA inputs from cd player, +/- Wires to speaker, and small remote wire to cd player to turn amp on and off. If you mount the amp in the frunk it will save $ as you dont have to buy an enitre amp install kit. You will only need a few feet of wire, shot RCA's and a cheap fuse. If you are mounting some where else (i.e. under seat, back pannel, trunk) then probably get the kit for ease of shopping as you will need the length anyway.

I just did something similar as a learning experiance my self

Mixxer is ordering a set and only wants the rear. You should pick up the front from him. If you can't right away I'll pay him for it and you can get it from me ...

where is the sub going? it would prob be easyer to change your door and trunk locks to the same as the ignition key. the ingition mount is usuly held on with some rivit type bolts that once they are broken dont go back on, a dealer or locksmith might be able to just rekey the onces you have.

why not just show up at the meet with your car the way it is?
