I wanna go up to visit some family, but we'll see, my jury duty is the week before, so I don't know if they'll give me all these days off.

take I-5 till you hit Los Banos, then hop on west 152 which will lead you to Gilroy, ca head north on 101 and bam you are in san jose. get back on 101 and you will be arriving in san francisco 30-45 minutes later.

also I know if I made group rate hotel thing, it would be easier but I dunno if everyone would like to stay at say X hotel . I leave that decision open to the visitors.

i will pay for my registratiion as soon as I find out if my gf is coming or not this way I can pay for her as well.

WOW, imma have to do a full pre-cruise inspection on my car to make sure it doesnt give me any issues on a drive that long :scared:

I wanna roll up the 101. It's a nicer drive and only takes an hour longer. Probably gonna meet up in LA around 11am on that friday and caravan up.

wow, you what I just realized? you guys are going to drive almost 8hrs. So it got me thinking why don't you guys split the distance and stay at the half way point. Around the San Luis Obpiso area..(my area) Its less than a 4hr drive to the meet.
You guys can leve on Friday night, spend the night and drive the rest in the morring.
What do you guys think?

I'd almost rather just head all the way up on friday so we don't have to drive very much on Saturday. Plus the meet starts decently early. That's a very generous offer though. We'd still like to meet up and caravan it.

Hey Junior...yeah...the registration fee goes up to $15 after May 25th.

maybe we'll see you guys on the road. we havent done much planning yet, just that we need to be leaving by 10am probably from the covina area. got a preggy coming with so we plan on taking our time and hopefully getting there early evening.

eh.. sorry I didn't bother searching for hotels for the travelers. It's the bay area =P I didn't want someone to be stuck with a expensive hotel or too crummy of a hotel/motel/location.

if my sis didn't come back from school in socal and my aunt wasn't here visiting with her kids too then I would have a few rooms available..

BTW! EEW I GOT NEW NEIGHBORS! they're moving in earlier.. and I was so use to not having a neighbor on that side for almost a friggin year!.. I'm gonna miss using my driveway and neighbors driveway for parties/extra parking .. =(
