I don't think the copy knows any better but to just harass people... You could have fought it and just get sited for 1 count instead of 4 counts or whatever. That 800 tix would probably be like $100 since you just dont have that pass or something right? Well, in addition to driving with suspended license....

But yeah, you could have avoided it if you just stayed home like what you are suppose to hehehehee

haha i been staying home... ya next time i'll fight it, they dropped the insurance count since they were looking at the more serious suspended license.. yet they kept the modified emissions and registration..

I honestly don't think cops really care about giving out more tickets for the economic reasons. Most are pretty lazy from what I've seen and heard from friends. Some friends of mine tell me stories of their friends that are cops and that's the impression I got. I also learned that many offices are run quite differently as far as procedure goes and what-not.

Just sharing some wisdom that I've come to know recently.

if he wanted to be a **** he could have taken me to jail for my suspended license, but he just decided to take my car...

i hate asian cop. they always think they are the sh**. i got pull over going 40 in a 35 zone by one. i hire a lawyer to take care of the case for me so that i won't have a record. and end up paying 4x what i'm suppose to pay. and it went on my record too. lawyer fault. trying fighting him for it and lost. well, not really lost. i just give up and decided to pay to get it over with.

Yeah, Dorman told me that if I wanted to fight it, I should hire a lawyer, but I figured, I could take traffic school and just get it over with. Most importantly no point on my record! Stupid mistake, just have to be more careful in the future.

I fought a ticket 3x and won them all..

1st time: Cop = no show
2nd time: cop showed up but i presented my case very well and won
3rd time: fought it using trial by declaration. That means you right your case, mail it and wait for a word. If the copy don't send his statement then you automatically won. If he did, you can still apply for an appeal and fight it in court.

By the way, all 3 citations I truly believe that i didn't do anything wrong. Its one of those things they just want to mess with you and write you up for something..... If its my fault at all, i dont really bother and just admit my mistake then pay the fine and go for traffic school.
