Help! Problem with 94' USDM motor to gen3 PowerFC install!

My problem must definitely be with my 94' mr2 harness, to gen3 PowerFC. When I turn the car on, I can hear a buzzing noise that doesn't stop. It seems to be the power steering is my main first guess. There are probably more problems, but this is my first issue I need to solve.

I also grounded my MAT sensor to the chassis, which is probably incorrect. I read through mrlaws posts again, and at first I didn't understand how to ground to E2, when it is a main ground, but I noticed he put "share with others" or something to that nature, so I will be doing that.

Also, mrlaws post is for 91'-92' mr2's, while mine is for 93'-95' mr2, and there are actually more similarities with the wiring to the gen3, but still I can't get the harness right.

There is a pump constantly running, probably the power steering pump. Anybody have any suggestions on what I might have connected wrong?

I'm not sure how a Power FC would affect your power steering at all considering there are computers to control everything and I am fairly sure that the Power FC doesn't have anything to do with it

I fixed the problem, I had the PS and PSCT pins incorrectly pinned. Instead I moved PS on gen2 harness to CF on gen3 harness (this is CF #2 from left). Then I moved PSCT on gen2 to ATS on gen3 harness. This was stated in mrlaw's post (credit given to him). Which at first I didn't follow completely, because it was for a 91-92' mr2. But after looking at it again (there is no other place I can find for PS and PSCT except his post), I noticed he had the answer all along.
