93 jdm motor with 1121 aem

hey im finally got around to installing my aem ems. now i have a 93 jdm swap. im getting all kinds of errors when i try to connect. aem tech support told me that there ems plug n play is for a usdm 93 motor. now is there any pin differences that i should follow? help please. thanks
