Your knee reminds me of my bike wreck, except mine looked like hamburger meat and went across the entire knee cap. Around 7-8 sqaure inches of meat. Glad you are ok!

He needs to put an emergency landline (telephone) in there, like in an elevator. That way if the car fell, he could order a pizza.. Then he could say,
"I want to pay you, but I can't until I get out of this pit. Can you move the car out of the way?"

No need to call emergency rescue or anything.
