I love it, right now it's at 12.5 psi and the power increase from when i was running 16psi on my ct26 is great. Hopefully by the end of summer i'll get around to setting it at 14psi and by the end of this year by 16-17psi on race gas.

Didnt know that, thanks!

What other modifications are on your car? Also, how is the boost threashold and response going from the ct26 to the td06?

I'm trying find a turbo upgrade that I can feel comfortable with it without hurting my pocket but at the same time, something I can feel proud of.

greddy turbo's suck
always seem far laggy compared to other same peek horsepower turbos
ats,ko racing seem to have most bang for buck
(Keep in mind this kit can be made yourself far cheaper than kit costs)
i think adapter bracket for t3,t4 conversion runs out about 550whp or so
surely custom exhaust manifold is needed for more than 600whp
BUT damn, who really needs more than that
400whp will be good enough for me

lol...I guess all MHI turbos suck then, since that's what greddy uses.

FWIW -

Scott's old setup. Obviously tuned and built specifically for early spool with a trade off in the top end.

A more realistic graph with an average gen3 -
Justin's old setup.

So you're saying these mitsu turbos are "laggy" to you?

That has more to do with using a larger frame turbo with a T4 footprint and fitment issues than anything else. The T3 footprint 3582 tops out at ~600-650whp and Aaron did quite fine using the adapter plate.

oh yeah
ssauto intercooler ok.
turbo manifold not so good, cracks in about 1 day exactly
unless alot of bracing is done, i mean alot
adapter on stock manifold is best under 450whp
you would make more with custom manifold
no metter what the boost
BUT is PRICEY anywere from $500 if you know someone
to $1200 from fullrace

Dyno testing contradicts your line of thinking.

yeah
done right, can get more power sooner
and still have a decent topend
GT3071r t3 flange not t25
.50 a/r. cold side not .60, 56trim
.63 exhaust housing would this exactly
no downslope at end of the powerband
and for non BB turbo
same exhaust housing and your common 46 or 50trim 4,3 hybrid
just never been inpressed with mhi greddy style
seen more trq sooner (without trying to build trq monster)
sorry.

of course 46 or 50 trim is not going to kill on topend
but would not be bad
maybe 350-375 whp with other mods nec.
20 something psi

I'm having trouble following your multiple posts of tangent responses.

But, I did forget to mention that both dyno's above were both on a td06 20G.
