will it be ok

i have heard that the 5-sfe block an head can withstand up to 350 hp. i was wondering if it would be ok putting a t3/t4 turbo kit on it with out changing the internals first. i have also heard that it burns so rich that i shouldnt even hafe to change my injectors. please help me with this before i mess some stuff up
