Headgasket question

My hg is leaking oil externaly and i will be replacing it in the next couple of months. I have a 93 turbo, bolt ons, 92-94 octane fuel, ct-27 (installing same time as hg), running at 18-19 psi.
I need to know which hg you guys recommend, what thickness and if possible, how much it should the part cost?
What is the stock bore size?
Is it better to have a thicker hg with a stock bottom?
Thanks.

If you do plan on adding mods and pushing the car, i'd def go with one of the cometic mls multi layered steel ones, not to sure about the thickness though. also have you done any other maintenence to the car like, timing belt of anything like that??

Better to have a thicker HG i would think regardless.
I would go Cometic MLS with ARP studs. Just a good
excuse to do it and some other fun stuff if you aren't paying
for labor.

the stock bore size on a 3sgte is 86mm.
You can buy a cheap-o kit off ebay for 70 bucks or so and that is all that gaskets.
I would bite the bullet and spend 100 for a Cometic.

Timing belt was done 4 years ago and under 25,000 kms was been put on since then. I have done all other maintenances.

Thanks for the bore size, i will go for a Cometic hg and ARP bolts, just unsure of the thickness. One of the sellers on ebay has a combo (cometic hg and arp bolts with part numbers) for $200, i think i may purchase it. I see that the norm is 1.2mm but if i am going to run high boost, i guess 1.4mm or thicker would be better.
Is this correct to assume this?
I will be doing all the work over the winter with the bgb.

86mm bore. Go with the 1mm Cometic and ARP's like mentioned above. Proven combo and inexpensive. I suggest against any knock off top end gasket kits. Get a genuine Toyota only (other than the HG).

Good luck,
Brian
