I posted earlier that I was happy with my dp however now I think It may be causing my wastegate to stay open. Doing some checks to be sure. I saw something about grinding the eBay dps what all needs grinded down to make sure the wg doesn't stick?

I just installed the Berk Technology pipe with the high heat coating. Fit is tight but it clears everything, that being said, it optimizes the space that is available to have the largest radius bends and the largest bellmouth possible.

It clears the stock heat shield (although you can trim it for more clearance) as well as the firewall heat sheilds. The only place that it is tighter than I like is near the AC lines; and note that the AC compressor needs to be temporarily unbolted to attack the downpipe. I plan on fixing the problem by wrapping the AC line in a reflective tape to cut down on the radiated heat.

Also I think the picture on the first page needs to be updated for this guy, it comes with a flex section and a support bracket as well which is nice.

mr2 downpipe, great deals on eBay Motors on eBay!

http://www.mr2.com/files/Forum Stick...ductreview.jpg

- there are a couple different no name types on eBay with not enough information to really make its own section for them. No one really knows much about these yet although I am sure we will here about them soon in the product review area. Till then, im not gonna say anything about them since they seem to come and go every other week.
