3S-GTE JDM 3rd Gen Turbo Engine couple questions

hey guys:

i stored my deuce over the winter in an underground garage and well..... i didnt put any satbilizer in the gas, the car was left with about a quarter tank in it and i left it on rthe mags and tires. i know i could have taken many precautions before storing it but it was kind of last minute so all i did was unplug the battery.
i will bosst it to start it but what would i be looking at in terms of any sludge in the gas tank or flat spots on the tires appart from any other damages??
