hi there is a mr2 turbo 1991 for sale, the owner stated that the engine was rebuilted then put in storage for the last 15years and now it will turn over but will not fire. how much should i pay for it. thx
and what do you think the problems is?

Depends on the rest of the cars condition. I'd check out the engine more closely.

Problem could be ignition or fuel system...
