Gen3 PCV leak/Turbo gauge cluster

I have a class 2 leak at my PCV valve on my Gen3. I'm pretty sure its the rubber grommet versus the valve itself. I can't get a straight answer locally on replacement parts, and I'm afraid to stat yanking **** out without something on hand to put back in.

If I wanted to replace both, what should I use/where should I go?

Also I want to build a '92T instrument cluster(Cause I'm anal like that). The parts guy at my local Toyota dealer isn't exactly the brightest bulb in the box and he wants a VIN to get me the parts. If anyone can throw a VIN number my way it would be awesome.(as long as its turbo 91-92)
(My car is a '92 NA to Gen3 swap)
