so are you saying that the ignition switch cable is just a ground wire on a switch?

Well, I have a very limited knowledge, but to what I think, is it should have constant power, and switch ground, but I could be 100% wrong.

yeah i checked all of the ground wires. there good. im just haveing a hard time trying to figure out why the body harness is getting power when the key is off.
