3S-GTE JDM 3rd Gen Turbo Engine what i need to fit Blitz K1-380V turbo?

Hi, i recently spotted a Blitz turbo that supports up to 380HP and its directly bolt on my gen3 mr2, want to buy it but dont know how much work i need to get it fitted and running. can anyone give me an advice?

my engine is gen3 3s-gte stock, with apexi intake, exhaust, and trust intercooler.

my boost is set at 1.1bar at moment from ct20b turbo, running SARD TUNED ECU

and HKS EVC IV boost controller.

anything else i need to upgrade to fit that K1-380V turbo?
ie. cams, cam gear, fuel pump, injector, ecu,gasket, etc etc.

bolts on as a std replacement. everything bolts onto it as per std basically.

what i meant is what do i need to upgrade in the engine and fuel department so i dont lean or blow the motor up.
