want to go Gen 3
Hi im a 91 N/a owner looking to buy a complete gen 3 swap. it seems a lot of you guys are buying front clips but unfortunately i cant find any available.
so is there any difference buying a swap vs a front clip. I would really like to do this as plug and play as possible. |

Gen3 swap DONE!!

well to start your looking for a rear clip not a front clip. Lol unless you just want a new frunk. Lol But from my experinse, I did the motor and trans with a wiring harness, not the clip. If I could do it again I'd probably just get a clip if I could afford it. I was REALLY tight no money and didn't know to many places to buy the motors from when I got mine. The clip would have less headaches for sure. I would definitely look for one with the whole wiring harness up to the front kick panel intact too.

Lol!!!
do it buy the front clip. ...just kidding, but where in the world are you at? that should help us a lot. as for the pulg and play factor, the rear clip would is perfect, it has everything you need. Minus the wiring and bigger fuel pump. |
