3S-GTE USDM Turbo Engine update rev1 to rev3 spec engine possible?

Hi
I have an rev1 with large turbo and plenty of other goodies, but time has come to get the turbo reconditioned , and I have also found a leak at my inlet manifold gasket. While I have these bits removed, i was wondering if there were any parts I could replace with rev3 bits to improve airflow etc.
What I am essentially looking for is what gives the rev3 a higher bhp than a rev1 (ignoring ecu and electronics as a stand alone ecu is my next upgrade).

Afaik the tb is larger 60mm oppose to 55mm
540cc injectors

Lots of other stuff as well
Someone else will be able to list them
