I've actually seen a couple of deuces on this site with Probe wheels, that's really the only reason I sent him a link to those. I know they are Ford wheels, but they didn't look TOO bad, or at least nicer then the ones he posted earlier.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Probe wheels do in fact look better than the wheels OP posted.

I'm just not the biggest fan of Honda's. They're really not too bad, I've been working on quite a few lately, but they just aren't my favourite either.

Waiting to get my hands on a B18C5 swap for the right price. There was a wrecked Teggy Type R for sale for $2000 but I didn't have the cash that month and someone else scored it. Man was I pissed. I could have kept the swap and sold off the front end and interior and made my money back easily. Oh well, the wait continues, I'm not in a hurry. |

Biggest reason people like the LS swap so much is because it's cheap and easily boosted. You can EASILY have a 250 HP Civic for under $2500 and that includes the price of the car. Now take off some weight and slam her about 2 inches and you got a nice handling pocket rocket.
Mine is already 2 inches lower then stock with skunk2 coilovers and iluminas adjustable and a skunk2 catback. She handles nice and sounds decent, but gets blown away by everyday cars. I only bought her as a work commuter since the price was right, but one thing led to another and she became a side project. |
