Idle Help

Hi everyone,

Im running out of ideas..this is my problem on my GEN 3 3sgte,

I rebuilt my engine using all forged parts and the car sat for about 6 - 7 months while I carried out the work. At idle my cars revs will fluctuate slightly, other than that, she drives absolutely fine.

This is what I have done so far

Checked for error codes, none present
Checked O2 Sensor
Cleaned out ISC valve, when I disconnect it from the car the cars revs rise to 2k
Adjusted my TPS...I think I done this correct, I have a digital multimeter and could not see when the tps goes to full deflection, so I adjusted the tps untill I had continuity at the set points in the bgb and when I did not.
Changed my ECU Water temp sensor
tested my cold air sensor
checked and adjusted my IGN timing.

Now im stuck, Im using colder grade plugs but did not check the gap, all my IGN parts are new.
